BALLER ELiTE Skills Academy is a high intensity skill development and training program for players, ages 13yrs – 19yrs. Players will receive exposure to ELiTE coaching and skill development from some of our best CIS, OCAA, OBA, and High School Coaches along with several Assistant Player Coaches from the CIS, OCAA and Euro League. Each Coach will conduct a one hour skill development and training session on a specific skill and technique.  The skills and training techniques learned during this program will help players to continually work on developing their skills and knowledge of the game. 

Player will learn and develop:

•  Ex: Ball Handling, Shooting, Passing, Footwork
•  Team Concepts & Game Scenarios; Offense & Defense
•  Conditioning and Athletic Training
•  About Injuries, Injury Recovery & Prevention
•  Nutrition & Performance – “Compete, Rest, Recover”

BALLER ELiTE Summer Teams

Players from the ELiTE Skills Academy will be selected to play on our summer the Baller ELiTE Summer Teams.
