Baller Men's League Team Registration 2010-2011 Season

Welcome to the Baller Men’s League 2010-2011 season.  In this being the second season of the BML we would like as much feed back from the team Coaches, Managers, and Players as possible with your assistance and suggestions we can definitely improve the quality and the growth of the BML.  The BML is a division of Baller Sports Club Inc. and is a member of the Ontario Basketball Association and Canada Basketball.

1. How To Register Your Team
STEP #1: Complete Team and Roster form below. Minimum eight (8) players maximum twelve (12) players
STEP #2: Make team fee payment.

2. How To Register as a Player
STEP #1: Complete the Player registration form
STEP #2: Confirm your On-line registration by e-mail
STEP #3: Create your user name and password
STEP #4: Download and complete the "Player Waiver" form
STEP #5: Submit "Player Waiver" form to BML Co-ordinator

*Note: All players listed on your team roster must be registered in our system as a "Player". Players will not be allowed to participate in any games until they are registered and have submitted a "Player Waiver" form.
